We are looking for a passionate and organised Business Support Co-Ordinator to join our growing team at Apprentify. You will be providing administrative support to the Business across different operational departments.

Main Responsibilities

  • Providing support to Coaches, Trainers and Management Team.
  • Report progress of apprentices using the Bud RAG report system.
  • Support the delivery Team to mark E-learning activities on BUD and provide feedback to learners within agreed SLA.
  • Escalate any issues related to BUD marking to Development Coaches to ensure they are informed and involved in the apprentice's learning journey.
  • Develop an understanding of Apprenticeship funding mechanisms with related processes and procedures
  • Keep up-to-date with legislation changes and requirements from Awarding Organisations, Skills Funding Agency, National Apprenticeship Service.
  • Schedule virtual classroom sessions using scheduling platform.
  • Maintain learner information on E-learning platforms.
  • Monitor apprentice attendance, engagement, and quality of in learning evidence, and update coaches where appropriate.
  • Work closely with the Additional Learning Support Team to monitor learners requiring review are captured.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement by providing feedback and suggestions.
  • Attend relevant training workshops to stay up-to-date on apprenticeship standards, regulations, and best practices.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience working within apprenticeships or similar education setting.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
