Your new company Housing Administrator (Temporary - 3 Months)Location: Wilmslow Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm Contract Length: Approximately 3 months Start: ASAPHourly Rate:£13 per hour plus holiday payWe are seeking a proactive and highly organised Housing Administrator to join our busy office on a temporary basis for approximately three months. This is a full-time, office-based role supporting both our Housing and Maintenance teams. The ideal candidate will have experience working within a housing association, supported housing, or a housing-related charity.No two days are the same in this fast paced environment, so we're looking for someone confident, adaptable, and able to manage varied tasks with professionalism.Key Responsibilities

  • You will work closely with the Business Director and support our Housing Officers and Support Officers by providing essential administrative support, including:
  • Communicating with care providers, social workers, and external agencies to gather essential information
  • Ordering equipment and supplies for tenants and staff
  • Assisting with tenancy related administration and documentation
  • Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
  • Handling incoming enquiries and providing excellent customer service
  • Supporting general administrative tasks as required within a busy office environment
  • Logging maintenance requests and issues
  • Liaising with tenants and contractors to arrange repairs
  • Tracking the progress of maintenance jobs and ensuring timely updates
  • Maintaining accurate maintenance logs and compliance records
  • Supporting the team with other maintenance related administration
  • Skills & Experience Required
  • Experience in housing, supported living, or a housing association (highly desirable)
  • Strong administrative experience in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confident in liaising with tenants, professionals, and contractors
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems
