Sales Operations Executive Location: Wilmslow, Cheshire (Hybrid) Working Hours: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Salary: £24,000 + Commission OTE £35K

Greet all visitors and guests, ensure they are admitted in line with TU policies and proceduresTo be a 'go to' contact for all associates and visitorsBuild positive working relationships at all levels and be always visible & availableTo have a full working knowledge of the office, including all services and evacuation proceduresCoordinate meeting room bookings and any additional requirements such as hospitality.Ensure meeting rooms and clients spaces are always clean and tidyHandle any requests/ queries relating to TU Concierge, iOffice, Travel, Space On Demand etc and escalate as requiredManage stock of stationery and place orders as requiredComplete any other administrative tasks/ reports relating to Facilities (new starters and leaver activities, occupancy reports, health and safety related reports and administration)Support Business Continuity plan Ensure paper and electronic documentation is stored correctly and in line with legislative requirements (where applicable)Produce reports and statistics for stakeholders upon requestPrioritise tasks to ensure that service levels and customer expectations are metMaintain high levels of customer service, escalating any complaints or concernsContribute to the continuous improvement of the services provided by the departmentAssist team with project support as required Work within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervisionAdditional related tasks as needed to support the businessTravel to Leeds and London offices as required

Design and build reliable backend systems and infrastructure toolingUse TDD to write high-quality, maintainable code and build out automated test suitesOwn reliability, observability, and performance of key servicesCollaborate with clients to understand requirements, debug issues, and propose solutionsDrive improvements to system architecture, automation, and deployment processesMentor junior developers and contribute to a strong engineering cultureTake ownership of problems-investigate, iterate, and fix
