We are seeking a dynamic Finance System and Process Transformation Lead. This role will drive the development, implementation, and optimisation of financial systems and processes to support our company's growth and financial excellence.

The Finance System and Process Transformation Lead will lead and execute financial projects from initiation to implementation, developing business cases to secure project investments, monitoring project progress, and managing resources effectively. You will identify technology-driven advancements to increase efficiency, drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs, and identify opportunities for automation and streamline operations. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align changes with company goals is essential.

In addition, you will conduct impact assessments and manage change communication and training to ensure smooth transitions to new systems with minimal disruption. Utilizing data analysis to monitor financial performance and support decision-making, you will maintain financial reports and KPIs. Collaboration with Finance, IT, and Operations to align systems and processes, leading and mentoring cross-functional project teams, and acting as the primary contact for stakeholders related to financial projects are also key aspects of this role.

You will be a fully qualified accountant and should have proven experience in finance systems and process transformation, strong project management skills, and strategic thinking. An excellent understanding of financial operations and technology, coupled with strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills, is essential. The ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects will be crucial to your success in this role.

Please note there is a requirement to be onste 4 days per week.
