Description

• Purchase invoice processing to Sage
• Purchase order matching
• Supplier statement review and reconciliation
• Creditors ledgers reconciliations
• Issuing payment remittances
• Preparing payment runs and processing supplier payments
• Dealing with supplier accounts and queries
• Investigating and resolving invoice queries
• Providing information and support to other departments in the business, as required

Profile

A successful Accounts Payable candidate should have:

• Previous experience in an accounts payable or similar role .
• A good understanding of accounting and finance principles.
• Proficiency in using accounting software Sage and MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• The ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines.
