About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Supply Teacher to join a thriving secondary school on a short-term basis. You will be expected to deliver engaging lessons across a variety of subjects, covering for absent staff, and ensuring students continue to make excellent progress. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a positive impact on students' learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:Deliver pre-planned lessons effectively across a range of subjects.
Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
Ensure students stay on track with their studies and complete assigned tasks.
Communicate effectively with school staff and keep accurate records of lessons.
Promote student engagement, respect, and enthusiasm for learning.
A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent).
Strong classroom management skills.
A flexible and adaptable approach to teaching.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Experience in teaching a range of subjects at secondary level is beneficial.
