Oversee delivery of all planned and reactive maintenance across the estate, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, safety standards, and best practice. Drive optimisation of M&E assets, with a strong focus on Mechanical systems. Manage and deliver capital expenditure projects, from survey and scoping through to completion. Oversee service desk operations, ensuring SLAs are met and downtime is minimised. Liaise with development teams on new-build projects, influencing M&E design standards and ensuring smooth handover into operations. Manage budgets, reporting monthly performance against spend and ensuring value through contractor and supplier management.
