We are recruiting for an exciting Sous Chef position at a newly re-launched gastro pub in Cheshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about cooking great food in a supportive and collaborative environment. About the Role: As Sous Chef, you will:

• Lead the kitchen team in the Head Chef s absence.
• Support with menu development, stock management, and maintaining a safe, compliant kitchen with a strong focus on Health & Safety.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior kitchen staff.
• Ensure high standards and attention to detail, consistently delivering quality dishes.
• Work with the team to maintain a 5 Scores on the Doors rating.
• Play an integral role in training and developing the team to ensure fresh, quality food is presented every time.
