CXone Architect - Hybrid - Alderley Edge, Cheshire and remote

  • Experience:
    • 10+ years in enterprise contact center architecture.
    • At least 4 years in NICE CXone architecture.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Strong knowledge of CXone modules: Studio, ACD, IVR, WFM, QM, Speech Analytics, Digital Channels.
    • Proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and system integrations.
  • Certifications:
    • NICE CXone Certified Architect (preferred).
    • Networking/telephony certifications (eg, CCNP).

The NICE CXone Solutions Architect is responsible for designing, governing, and delivering end-to-end technical solutions across the NICE CXone cloud contact centre platform. This role ensures that all CXone capabilities-ACD/IVR, WFO/WFM, Quality Management, Voice & Digital Channels, Analytics, and Integrations-are architected to meet business requirements, security standards, and performance expectations
