- Reviewing applications to ensure all necessary paperwork is complete.
- Organising client information to facilitate smooth loan processing.
- Checking loan-to-value and debt-to-income ratios.
- Conducting detailed affordability assessments.
- Requesting and reviewing credit checks.
- Issuing loan agreements and terms and conditions.
- Handling enquiries from applicants and lenders.
- Drafting case rationale for investors and senior management.
- Performing AML checks and maintaining accurate records.
- Meeting deadlines for paperwork submission.
- Annual salary of £25,000 - £35,000.
