As a Graduate Business Processor, you'll:
- Review applications to ensure all necessary paperwork is complete.
- Organise client information to facilitate smooth loan processing.
- Check loan-to-value and debt-to-income ratios.
- Conduct detailed affordability assessments.
- Request credit checks and issue loan agreements.
- Handle enquiries from applicants and lenders.
- Draft case rationales for investors and senior management.
- Complete AML checks and maintain accurate account records.
- Work to deadlines for paperwork submissions.
- Annual salary of 25,000.
- Discretionary annual bonus.
