Our client is a specialist property investment company focused on high-yield, government-backed residential and Assisted Living developments. Working with a panel of trusted solicitors and investors to deliver fast, secure property completions. We're now looking for a proactive and experienced Property Sales Progressor to help drive deals through to completion with speed and accuracy.
The Role
As a Property Sales Progressor, you will play a critical role in our deal flow-working directly with buyers, sellers, and solicitors to ensure transactions are completed efficiently and on time. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role ideal for someone confident in conveyancing and ready to take ownership of the sales journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full progression of property sales from offer acceptance through to legal completion
- Act as the main liaison between buyers, solicitors, internal teams, and other stakeholders
- Conduct weekly reviews of all live deals to ensure timely progression
- Monitor Land Registry updates to track and pre-empt any delays before solicitor handover
- Maintain strong communication to manage client expectations and provide consistent updates
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise throughout the conveyancing process
- Collaborate closely with management and legal partners to meet revenue goals
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of property sales progression or conveyancing experience (essential)
- Experience in a target-driven environment with a strong focus on speed and efficiency
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- A reliable team player who's confident taking initiative and making decisions
- Able to thrive in a busy, deal-focused environment
