An all-new Halloween experience has arrived at Quarry Bank Mill in Cheshire.

Brought to you by the producers of Christmas at Dunham Massey, this brand-new Halloween trail is filled with so many hidden surprises.

The trail is intricate and detailed, having been created by Culture Creative.

The National Trust have partnered up with Raymond Gubbay Ltd, a division of Sony Music, to make this Halloween trail possible.

The Halloween Trail is on from 25 October to 3 November (Wilmslow Nub News).

From Friday 25 October to Sunday 3 November, families are invited to explore the eerie grounds, packed with thrills and chills, and delivering spooky surprises at every turn.

Join family and friends to wander from dusk into darkness and remember, the darker it gets, the spookier it gets.

Located within the eerie grounds of the old creepy Mill keep an eye out for flickering flames in fiendish fire pits, daring fire performers and grinning pumpkins aglow.

Families were treated to a show by daring fire performers (Wilmslow Nub News).

Inside the Mill itself, the spine-tingling mayhem continues, could it be a trick of the light or do things really go 'bump in the night'?

Once back in the chilled night air, dodge thunderstorms, phantoms and larger-than-life spiders.

Tip-toe gently under the carnivorous tree glowing in the dark. Fair warning, don't disturb the sleeping roots or you'll be sorry and keeping a close eye on you will be the mysterious, ghostly horseman.

Families are able to get food from a varitey of stalls along the trail (Wilmslow Nub News).

Along with bewitched burgers, Frankenstein's fries and loaded curly worms, there's a delicious twist to the sweetest of treats on offer.

These food stalls towards the end of the trail offer a selection of food as well as delicious hot chocolate and marshmallows to toast over the fireplace.

Your very spookiest Halloween starts here. There is limited capacity with timed entry so plan now to secure the date and time of your choice.

The trail was illuminated by well lit pumpkins (Wilmslow Nub News).

Grinning pumpkins cast an eerie light across the landscape, while sinister scarecrows keep a silent watch from the corners. But don't get too comfortable and watch out for ghostly remains swaying in the grisly gibbets.

As you wander, you'll encounter a collection of spooky skulls, bags of silken cobwebs and clanging chains to the haunted atmosphere. Inside the Mill, the chills continue. Is it just a trick of the light, or do things really go 'bump in the night'?
