Any individual or business wanting to brush up on their digital skills or get extra help to promote their online platforms can do so at a free event next month.

A day of free training workshops, networking sessions and one-to one mentoring from Google Digital trainers will take place at the Wilmslow Centre in Handforth on Friday 6 December organised by Tatton MP Esther McVey and Google.

The digital coaches will be able to answer any questions and can give tips on how to grow a business online, boost visibility or increase productivity with AI.

Esther McVey said: "I am delighted we can offer this free day of training and workshops. Many smaller businesses or individuals do not have access to IT experts so this is a great opportunity.

"I am committed to doing everything I can to support our local businesses and events like really can help businesses grow so I hope many businesses, as well as any individuals, will sign up and benefit from their expertise. I look forward to seeing people there."

The event is open to any Tatton constituent or business. Anyone wanting to attend should sign up by Wednesday 4 December at https://rsvp.withgoogle.com/events/tatton-mp.
