Inside new pan Asian restaurant serving authentic Asian cuisine in Alderley Edge

In December 2024, new pan Asian restaurant, Peppery Rose, opened up in Alderley Edge.
Located at 7 London Road, Peppery Rose officially opened its doors on Monday 9 December and held a successful welcome party on Sunday 15 December.
The restaurant serves a vast selection of Asian dishes inspired by Japanese, Thai, Korean, and Vietnamese cuisines.
One of the owners, Hung, has been in the business for 25 years taking after his uncle who used to own the Alderley Rose in Alderley Edge.
The premises were most recently occupied by Dizzy Dough, which closed in November 2023, and prior to that by Les Deux pizza restaurant and The Railway Cafe, which served Indian-inspired dishes.
Dishes include ribs from Taiwan, teriyaki dishes from Japan, crispy Korean chicken as well as sushi, noodles, poke bowls, bao buns, curries and dishes with their Himalayan salt and peppery signature seasoning of pink salt and over 12 herbs and spices and rose petal.
Diners can look forward to a real treat, selected from a comprehensive choice of Asian style dishes. There is definitely something for everyone and waiters are happy to give recommendations.
Lovely lanterns provide atmospheric lighting and tasteful decor adds to the experience.
Friendly, attentive and quick service delivers a range of delicious food. The Himalayan chips tasted great and went well with ribs, especially when accompanied by a Singapore Tiger beer.
Peppery Rose is open from 4pm to 9.30pm Monday to Thursday, until 10pm on Fridays, 1pm to 10pm on Saturdays and 1pm to 9pm on Sundays.
The restaurant also offers a takeaway and delivery service.
