Kitchen showroom closes in Wilmslow after four years in the town

The owner of a kitchen showroom in Wilmslow has taken the decision to close their showroom at 22 Alderley Road after four years in the town.
Todd James was founded in 2019 by Todd, a skilled joiner by trade.
The company began when Todd left a respected local construction firm to pursue his passion for bespoke furniture. Starting from the back of his van, Todd's dedication, hard work and passion for quality quickly paid off.
Within two years, they established a showroom in Wilmslow, a state of the art workshop and a talented team of cabinet makers, furniture sprayers and kitchen designers.

The owner has now made the decision to relocate back to their workshop in Hazel Grove.
Posting on social media, Todd said: "This wasn't an easy choice, but with a growing family, it felt like the right time to take the business in a new direction—one that allows me to focus more on them while continuing to create the kitchens and bespoke furniture we're so passionate about.
"Moving away from the high street also presents an exciting opportunity to emphasise what makes us unique. Everything we craft is truly handmade. By welcoming clients directly into our workshop, we'll be able to showcase our craftsmanship first hand, and in time, we plan to create a new showroom all under one roof.
"Thank you all for your continued support—I can't wait to share this next chapter with you."
