This follows years of the site being abandoned, with the development delayed for sometime.

Two Halliwell Jones sites in Wilmslow have closed as the business relocates to Handforth Dean.

A consultation is currently being held for one of the previous sites located on Manchester Road to be turned into a care home.

The Halliwell Jones premises at Summerfields will also be moving to Handforth Dean site (Wilmslow Nub News).

The future of the other site located at Summerfields is uncertain.
