Nominations open for 2025 Wilmslow Community Awards Programme

Wilmslow Town Council has announced that nominations are open for this year's Community Awards programme.
Running for a second year, the awards programme showcases individuals, businesses and community groups living, working or volunteering in Wilmslow who have shown dedication and community spirit.
Nominations can be made online, or through a paper form available at Wilmslow Library and Wilmslow Parish Hall, until Monday 31 March.
Winners will then be selected and celebrated at an awards ceremony in May.
Wilmslow Town Mayor, Councillor Tim Higgins, said: "Following the success of last year's awards programme, we are thrilled to open nominations for the 2025 awards.
"The Wilmslow Community Awards shine a light on the individuals, businesses and groups within the community who go out of their way to help others and make Wilmslow a better place.
"They highlight, celebrate and show our appreciation of the people who give hours and hours of their own time, making a big contribution to the community spirit of Wilmslow and expecting nothing in return.
"It was a privilege to be able to give our thanks to community members and groups last year, and we look forward to doing it again in a few months' time."
The council urge anyone who knows of an individual, business or community group who have shown dedication and community spirit and help make Wilmslow a better place, to complete the form online or collect a nomination form from Wilmslow Library or outside Wilmslow Parish Hall.
Nominations are open to anyone who lives, works or volunteers in Wilmslow or to businesses with a branch or office in Wilmslow.
Nominations must be received by Monday 31 March 2025 and the nomination form can be found HERE.
