Wilmslow will be transformed into a winter wonderland over the weekend with food stalls, live entertainment and a visit from Santa.

Winter wonderland will take place from Thursday 12 December until Saturday 14 December at Bank Square in the heart of Wilmslow.

This weekend is set for an installation of giant tipis, three days of live music, entertainment, and festive cheer.

Road closures are scheduled to be in place over the weekend.

See below for the details of these road closures which will be in place from 2pm on Friday 13 December and 10pm on Saturday 14 December.

The following roads in Wilmslow will be closed from 2pm on Friday 13 December 2024 to 10pm on Saturday 14 December 2024:

Hawthorn lane will be closed off from the junction of green lane to the junction of Hawthorn Grove.

Green lane will be closed off for its full extent.

Swan Street (Westbound) will be closed for its full extent.

Grove Street will be closed for its full extent.

Grove Avenue will be closed off from the junction of Grove Street to the junction of Grove Way.
