There are plenty of events on in Wilmslow and Alderley Edge this weekend.

Friday – Wilmslow Roller Disco @ Wilmslow Leisure Centre

Wilmslow roller disco takes place at Wilmslow Leisure Centre this Friday 15 November (Wilmslow Roller Disco).

Great skating fun for all the family and friends held every Friday at Wilmslow Leisure Centre. The

Wilmslow roller disco is our longest running skating session launched in 2008.

They cater for all ages and mix skating with games to ensure the kids have lots of fun and exercise at the same time.

Saturday – Christmas lights @ Bank Square

The Christmas Lights switch-on takes place this Saturday 16 November (Wilmslow Town Council).

Wilmslow's Christmas lights switch-on event takes place this Saturday 16 November, commencing at 10am with the opening of the Artisan Market on Alderley Road.

Santa's reindeer can be visited at the entrance to Wilmslow High School from 3pm until 4pm.

At 4pm, the reindeer will pull Santa in his sleigh from the High School to Wilmslow Leisure Centre. The 10-minute parade will travel down Broadway, turning right towards the Leisure Centre and stopping at the cricket pitch in front of the Leisure Centre.

Families are encouraged to line the pavements of Broadway to get the best view of Santa and his reindeer parade.

The lights switch-on stage will be near Bank Square, where WFA's Erik Garner will host music and entertainment from 3pm, with the first stage act starting at 3.30pm.

The Christmas lights will be switched on at around 5pm.

Sunday - The Little Children's Market @ Wilmslow Leisure Centre

The Little Children's Market will be taking place this Sunday 17 November (Wilmslow Nub News).

The Little Children's Market is coming back to Wilmslow on Sunday 17 November. 

Join us on at Wilmslow Leisure Centre SK9 1BU from 10.30-12pm as we bring you over 45 tables bursting with 1000's of incredible baby and children's bargains.

Entry is £2 per adult and children enter for free.
