Friday - Wreath Making @ Modern Farmhouse
Take part in festive wreath making at Modern Farmhouse this Friday 29 November.
Get into the festive spirit with a fun and cozy Christmas Wreath Workshop hosted in partnership with Modern Farmhouse's resident florist Studio Flore.
Join for a relaxed session where you'll create your very own beautiful, handmade Christmas wreath. There will be help to guide you through step by step and to keep your prosecco glass topped up.
With a mix of fresh pine, eucalyptus, and a selection of Christmas berries, pine cones, and dried orange slices, you'll craft a stunning wreath that feels both festive and personal. To top it off, each wreath will be finished with a luxurious velvet bow - perfect for hanging on your front door.
You'll be guided by Studio Flore in a warm, welcoming space while sipping on a glass of fizz and snacking on delicious nibbles.
Saturday - A quiet visit with Father Christmas @ Quarry Bank
Christmas is for everyone, and this year Quarry Bank are delighted to offer neurodiverse friendly sessions to meet Father Christmas.
Attendees will experience a special 30-minute session including festive activities, crafts, and of course the chance to meet Father Christmas and receive a gift.
Without removing the magic and joy of Christmas, these sessions will host fewer guests, no music will be played, with fewer staff around.
The relaxed atmosphere will give ticket holders the opportunity to explore as they'd like in their own time. These sessions are open to guests of any age who have additional needs.
Sunday - Wilmslow Symphony Orchestra Christmas Concert 2024 @ Evans Theatre
Wilmslow Symphony Orchestra Christmas Concert will be on Sunday 1 December at the Evans Theatre.
The programme will begin with the Coleridge-Taylor Christmas Overture, followed by Faure's haunting Pavane and the lively Brahms Hungarian Dances.
The programme will also include the melodic 'Gold and Silver Waltz' by Franz Lehar, the energetic and lively Light Cavalry Overture by Suppe and Pineapple Poll, a delightful selection of melodies from the Gilbert and Sullivan operettas, as well as a selection of Christmas music.
