A Wilmslow restaurant has applied for a premises licence to change the internal layout of the restaurant.

Piccolino, which is located on Swan Street in Wilmslow, applied on Wednesday 5 February to Cheshire East Council for a premises licence.

In its application, the business seeks to change the layout of the inside of the restaurant.

The premises licence application reads: "Notice is hereby given that we, Individual Restaurants (IRC) Limited have applied on 5th February 2025 to Cheshire East Council in respect of the premises known as Piccolino, 6-12 Swan Street, Wilmslow, SK9 1HE.

Changes to the restaurant include installation of a raised dining area and a new private dining room (Wilmslow Nub News).

"The minor variation seeks to change alteration of internal layout of the restaurant, in particular the removal of a pizza oven, installation of a raised dining area and a new private dining room."

Representations to Piccolinos application shall be made in writing to Cheshire East Council licensing section on or before Wednesday 19 February 2025.
