Our mission is to empower women with stylish, high-quality clothing, designed for versatility and comfort. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional value and an elevated shopping experience for our customers.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering and executing the visual merchandising plans across our store portfolio (currently 6 stores across the UK), ensuring alignment with our brand vision and online imagery.

You will work closely with the Head Office Product Team, Store Teams, and Buying, Merchandising functions, reporting directly into the Wholesale & Concessions Senior Buyer.

What you'll be doing:

  • Implement and deliver the visual merchandising vision across all store locations, maintaining consistency with online brand imagery.
  • Visit stores weekly, building strong relationships with store teams to ensure successful execution of visual plans.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head Office Product Team, contributing feedback and identifying opportunities to enhance in-store visual presentation.
  • Review and analyse retail stock and sales performance data to identify best- and worst-selling products by store and category.
  • Apply a strong commercial and creative product eye to optimize colour, print, and product balance across store layouts.
  • Understand and articulate the Sosandar brand aesthetic and customer profile, replicating the brand's online visual appeal within the store environment.
  • Dress mannequins and style outfits, selecting appropriate alternatives when styles sell out, maintaining a consistent and aspirational visual standard.
  • Create clear visual packs with photographs to communicate updates and merchandising changes to both stores and Head Office teams.
  • Spend one day per week at Head Office reviewing sales reports, product performance, and planning alongside the Product Team, with four days rotating through store visits nationwide.

About you:

  • A background in Buying (Buyer level) or strong experience in visual merchandising within a retail environment.
  • Highly confident in interpreting retail stock and sales data, with the ability to read category mix performances across stores and online platforms.
  • Commercially astute with a creative flair, demonstrating an exceptional eye for product, colour, and visual balance.
  • Previous experience in women's fashion retail is essential.
  • Strong understanding of Sosandar's customer and product DNA, with the ability to clearly translate this into visual execution.
  • Comfortable working autonomously, with strong relationship-building skills to engage store staff and management.
  • Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented, with the ability to produce high-quality visual communication powerpoint packs.
  • Enthusiastic about travelling and face-to-face communication, using store and sales insights to inform continuous visual improvements.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in visual merchandising within fashion retail, preferably womenswear either from a Buyer Role or a Visual Merchandising Role.
  • Strong analytical skills; able to interpret sales and stock reports to influence visual decisions.
  • Creative styling skills with a deep understanding of customer appeal and product trends.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Solution focused skills, able to think on your feet in a fast trading environment. Able to pivot and react on a regular basis. Works well under pressure.

What's in it for you?

  • 25 days paid holiday pro-rata, plus bank holidays, plus your birthday off!
  • Holiday buy scheme
  • Hybrid working
  • 40% employee discount
  • 4% employer pension via salary sacrifice
  • Employee Assistance Programme (private GP consultations, prescriptions, physiotherapy, counselling, shopping discounts) for you, your partner and kids
  • Life Assurance 4x your salary

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and product-driven Visual Merchandiser to take ownership of the in-store experience and directly influence the brand's commercial success.
