The opportunity:Due to continued growth, this well-established and award-winning recruitment technology business is looking to hire two Business Development Executives to join their team in Wilmslow.

You ll be responsible for prospecting new clients, booking and attending meetings, building relationships, and ultimately closing business. Once you ve secured a client, you ll continue to manage and develop the relationship to ensure long-term success.

This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in business development, whether you have previous experience or are ready to take your first step into a sales career.

What you'll need:

  • Proven sales experience
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal
  • A positive, energetic, and ambitious mindset
  • Confidence to pick up the phone, make cold calls, and build relationships

Your key responsibilities:

  • Develop new business through outbound prospecting and cold calling
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Book and attend client meetings face-to-face and video
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations
  • Negotiate contracts and close new business
  • Account manage clients to ensure retention and identify growth opportunities
