A food and wine shop in Alderley Edge is planning to extend its business hours until 11pm.

Dele Food and Wine Ltd, located on 10 Wood Gardens, Alderley Edge applied to Cheshire East Council for a premises licence variation.

In its application, the business seeks permission to extend the sale and supply for alcohol off the premises by an hour, making it 7am until 11pm.

The business currently serves alcohol between the hours of 7am and 10pm, Monday to Saturday, and its application seeks to extend this by an hour.

Dele Food and Wine Ltd's application reads: "Notice is hereby given that A Dele Food & Wine Ltd have applied to Cheshire East Council for a premises licence variation as follows: Off sales of alcohol 07:00 to 23:00 Monday to Sunday. Removal of all embedded restrictions. Removal of all conditions at Annex 2 and to be replaced with more up to date and appropriate conditions. Submission of new premises plan.

"Representations to this application shall be made in writing to the below address on or before 16 September 2024."
