Wilmslow's Winter Wonderland is set to transform Bank Square into a festive hotspot this Christmas with the installation of Giant Tipis, offering three days of live music, entertainment, and festive cheer.

The event is free to attend and will take place on the 12th, 13th, and 14th of December.

It will kick off on Thursday 12 December with Happy Radio hosting local artists Imogen Paige and Sharon's Band in the giant tipis followed by a DJ set from Darren Proctor.

Visitors can get into the Christmas spirit on Friday 13 December with the return of Street fest bringing a delicious selection of artisan food vendors and street food stalls spanning along Green Lane, Hawthorn Lane and Grove Street between 5pm and 9pm.

A day of family entertainment and activities will begin from midday on Saturday 14 December with plenty of activities and workshops taking place in the tipi's in Bank Square.

Father Christmas and his elves will also be in town at Santa's Grotto located at the bottom of Grove Street, with visits to see Santa available to book.
