Local networking event offers new business connections

A networking event took place at the lavish Browns Brasserie in Wilmslow on Thursday 26 September.

Local business owners were invited to take part in the real5 Wilmslow and Alderley Edge networking event, launched earlier this year, to promote themselves within the community.

The event started at 12pm with tea and coffee available and a light buffet style lunch was served at around 12.45pm.

The event took place at Brown Brasserie in Wilmslow (Wilmslow Nub News).

Becki Petrondas, group director of real5 networking in Wilmslow, invited guests to connect with other members in a relaxed environment.

During the event, each person took it in turns to introduce themselves and their business.

Becki Petrondas said: "We launched real5 Networking Wilmslow & Alderley Edge in February this year and have just held our 8th meeting at the luxurious new Browns Brasserie in Wilmslow. We're currently at 19 members and are growing month on month. 

"Our meet ups are relaxed, friendly and informal and our members benefit from business referrals between each other as well as forging connections and friendships along the way.

Guests took it in turns to introduce themselves and their business (Wilmslow Nub News).

"Guests are welcome to try our events free of charge before they decide whether it's the right group for them."
