Cheshire police are appealing for information after a car was stolen following a break-in on a house on Newgate in Wilmslow (SWNS).

Cheshire police are appealing for information after a car was stolen following a break-in on a house on Newgate in Wilmslow.

A Cheshire Constabulary spokesperson said: "Between 12pm on Thursday 2 January and 10am on Friday 3 January, a house was broken into on Newgate.

"The offender broke in through a kitchen window and car keys to a BMW and Range Rover were stolen.

"At some time around 5.50pm on Friday 3 January, a BMW was stolen from the location.
